2025 BIENNALE ARCHITETTURA
2025 Biennale Architettura is Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective is focusing on the relationship between humans, nature, and technology in architecture, and exploring how these elements can collectively shape the future of the built environment.
WHAT IS THE GENS PROGRAM?
The GENS Program at the Biennale Architettura 2025 offers a dynamic range of activities aimed at fostering intellectual exchange and creative exploration. In addition to workshops, seminars, and lectures, the program may include panel discussions, interactive installations, live demonstrations, and collaborative design exercises. These events are designed to facilitate direct engagement with the exhibition’s central themes and encourage a cross-disciplinary dialogue that transcends traditional boundaries in the architectural field. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and challenge conventional thinking through a variety of formats that promote collective learning and innovative problem-solving. The program aims to create an open and inclusive environment where new ideas and perspectives can emerge and contribute to the ongoing evolution of architecture and design.
OUR PARTICIPATION AS ICELANDIC NORDSCAPE LABORATORY
Our event and participation will take place within the Speakers’ Corner, a central venue for the GENS Public Program. Located in a prime spot within the Corderie dell’Arsenale at the Biennale Architettura 2025, the Speakers’ Corner will host presentations, panels, and debates focused on transforming the built environment in response to the climate crisis. Its central location ensures easy access for visitors, featuring a near-daily schedule of workshops and events curated to enhance the Intelligens Exhibition.
